Prior to being CEO of SNOCAP, Inc, Rusty Rueff was Executive
Vice President, Human Resources for Electronic Arts (EA).
Joining EA in 1998, he was responsible for global Human
Resources, Talent Management, Corporate Services and Facilities,
Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs, reporting to
EA’s Chairman/CEO. In 2003, Fortune named EA one of the “Top 100
Places to Work For” in the United States.
Prior to EA, Rustyheld positions with the PepsiCo companies for
over 10 years. He concluded his career there as Vice President,
International Human Resources.
Rusty also spent six years in commercial radio as an on-air
personality and is an expert in the fields of
Talent
Management, Human Resources, People Development, Corporate
Governance, People Technology, Executive Compensation, Social
Networking, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Innovation, Music,
Entertainment Trends.
He holds an M.S. degree in Counseling, and a B.A. degree, in
Radio and Television from Purdue University. In 2003 he was
named a Distinguished Purdue Alumni. Rueff and his wife are the
named benefactors of Purdue’s; Patti and Rusty Rueff Department
of Visual and Performing Arts.
He serves on the Boards of SNOCAP, All Covered and Sports
Potential. He is an Executive Trustee of San Francisco based
American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.). He is a member of the
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS). Rusty and his
wife, Patti, reside in Hillsborough, CA.
